How to Connect Angi Leads to Alivo

Receive Angi homeowner requests in Alivo and let your agent respond fast.

Angi Leads (listed as Angi in Alivo) sends homeowner project requests straight to contractors. Connecting it to Alivo means those leads land in your pipeline automatically instead of sitting in email or the Angi app. Once an agent is linked, Evan can text the homeowner within about a minute while the lead is still hot. This guide covers creating the integration in Alivo and linking an agent. You do not need to configure anything in the Angi portal on your end.

1. Create the Angi Integration in Alivo

Open Lead Sources

Go to SettingsIntegrationsLead Sources. Click Add, choose Lead Source, then select Angi.

Find Your Angi Account Number

In the Account ID field, enter your Angi account number. To find it:

  1. Log in to your Angi Leads account.
  2. Click Account in the navigation.
  3. Click Statement, then View My Statement.
  4. Your Angi account number is shown on the statement.

Copy that number into the Account ID field in Alivo and save the integration.

Keep in mind: After you save, Alivo enables the connection on the backend. Alivo also sends a follow-up email to coordinate activation with Angi. Watch for that email and reply when asked so the integration can go live.

2. What Happens on the Angi Side

Unlike Angi Ads or Networx, Angi Leads does not require you to paste a webhook URL into Angi yourself. Once Alivo has your account number and the integration is activated, new Angi leads are routed into Alivo automatically. Leads are matched to your account using the Angi business ID tied to your integration.

3. Associate an Agent

Creating the integration brings leads into Alivo. Linking an agent is what starts automatic follow-up.

  1. On the Lead Sources page, click Edit on your Angi integration.
  2. In the Agent dropdown, select the agent you want handling Angi leads. Evan is the usual choice for digital text follow-up.
  3. Click Save.
  4. Go to Agents in the left sidebar and confirm that agent is Active (started). Inactive agents will not send automatic replies.

When a new Angi lead arrives, Alivo creates the contact, tags the source as Angi, and Evan can start a text conversation if the lead has not been contacted in the last hour.

4. Test and Confirm

After Alivo confirms the integration is live, wait for a real Angi lead or ask your account contact about sending a test. Then check that:

  • The contact appears in your pipeline with Angi as the source.
  • Name, phone, and address from the Angi request carried over.
  • Evan sent the first text if your agent is active and linked.

Common Questions

Is Angi Leads the Same as Angi Ads?
No. Angi Leads and Angi Ads are separate integrations in Alivo. Angi Leads covers standard homeowner requests from Angi. Angi Ads covers paid ad leads and requires webhook setup in the Angi for Pros portal.

Why Is My Integration Saved but No Leads Coming In?
The integration may still be waiting on backend activation. Check your email for messages from Alivo or Angi and reply to confirm. Also verify the Account ID matches the number on your Angi statement.

Angi Leads is one of the simplest native connections: add your account number in Alivo, wait for activation, link an active agent, and let Evan handle the speed-to-lead work.
