Landing Pages: Hosted Lead Capture and Booking Links

Shareable links for ads, email, and social posts, with or without a booking calendar.

Landing Pages is an Alivo Capture lead source that gives you hosted links you can share anywhere: Google Ads, Facebook, email campaigns, yard signs with QR codes, or your Google Business Profile. You get two link types out of the box, and you can also build richer custom pages in Marketing. This guide explains each option and how booking abandonment follow-up works on the calendar links.

Two Ready-to-Share Links

When you create a Landing Pages lead source and link it to an agent, Alivo generates two links in the lead source settings:

  • Booking link (with calendar). A hosted page that collects contact info and sends the visitor to your scheduling calendar. If they do not finish booking, Alivo sends the same abandonment reminder text used by the Booking Widget (default wait: 5 minutes).
  • Simple form link. A hosted contact form without a calendar step. After submit, your agent sends the start text and follow-ups run normally.

Pick the link that matches your campaign. Use the booking link when the goal is to get an inspection on the calendar. Use the simple form link when you just need contact info and will schedule later.

How the Booking Link Handles Abandonment

The booking landing page follows the same three-step flow as the Booking Widget:

  • Step 1: Visitor fills out the contact form on the hosted page.
  • Step 2: Alivo creates the lead and redirects them to the calendar.
  • Step 3: If they do not book within the wait period (5 minutes by default), Alivo texts them the Booking Form Nudge Text from the agent settings, including a [CTA_LINK] back to the calendar.

Customize the wait time and nudge message on the agent under Booking Form Wait Duration and Booking Form Nudge Text.

Rule of thumb: Always test the booking link yourself. Submit the form, close the calendar without booking, and confirm you get the reminder text on your phone.

Custom Landing Pages in Marketing

Beyond the two shareable links, you can build full landing pages in Marketing → Landing Pages. The page builder lets you add headers, images, testimonials, and embedded blocks including:

  • Lead capture forms tied to a lead source and agent.
  • Booking calendar blocks tied to an event type or lead source.
  • Routing forms that send leads to the right team or location.

These custom pages are useful when you need more than a single form on a white page. You still link them to the same agent so follow-up and reporting stay consistent.

How to Set Up Landing Pages

1. Create the Lead Source

Go to Settings → Integrations → Lead Sources (or Marketing → Lead Capture) and add Landing Pages. Name it for the campaign it supports (for example, "Spring Roof Promo").

2. Select an Agent (Required)

Landing Pages requires an agent at setup. Unlike other lead sources, you cannot change the agent later on a Landing Pages integration, so pick the right one the first time. The agent must be Active.

3. Copy and Share Your Links

After saving, copy the booking link or simple form link from the lead source settings. Paste it into your ad, email, QR code, or social bio.

When to Use Landing Pages

  • Paid ads where you need a dedicated URL with tracking.
  • Email campaigns with a clear "Book now" or "Get a quote" button.
  • Offline marketing where a QR code needs to open a mobile-friendly page.
  • Any time you do not want to install a widget on someone else's website.

Landing Pages give you a professional, hosted destination that connects straight into Alivo's text follow-up and booking abandonment recovery. Share the right link, link it to an Active agent, and let the system handle the rest.
