How to Connect Roofle to Alivo

Send Roofle instant quote completions to Alivo and let your agent follow up on instant estimates.

Roofle lets homeowners get instant roof estimates through an online tool. Connecting it to Alivo means every quote completion with a valid phone number lands in your pipeline, estimate details included, so nobody slips through because your office was busy. This guide covers creating the Roofle integration in Alivo, pasting the webhook into Roofle, and linking an agent for automatic follow-up.

1. Create the Roofle Integration in Alivo

Go to Settings → Integrations → Lead Sources. Click Add, choose Lead Source, then select Roofle.

When you select Roofle, Alivo automatically generates a unique Account ID (a UUID). You can also click the refresh icon to generate a new one if needed. Save the integration.

After saving, Alivo displays your Webhook URL for Roofle Integration. Copy it. The URL follows this pattern, with your unique ID at the end:

https://alivo-api-production.azurewebsites.net/integration/roofle/YOUR_ACCOUNT_ID/

You can always find this URL again by editing the Roofle integration on the Lead Sources page.

Good to know: Each Roofle integration gets its own webhook URL. The unique ID at the end of the URL is how Alivo matches incoming quiz completions to your account.

2. Configure the Webhook in Roofle

Log in to your Roofle account and open the integration or webhook settings (the exact menu name may vary by Roofle plan). Paste the full webhook URL from Alivo into Roofle's webhook field and save.

Roofle must include a valid phone number in the webhook payload for Alivo to create the lead. Quiz completions without a phone number are skipped.

3. Associate an Agent

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations → Lead Sources.
  2. Click Edit on your Roofle integration.
  3. In the Agent dropdown, select the agent that should follow up on Roofle estimates. Evan is the typical choice for texting homeowners about their quote.
  4. Save.
  5. On the Agents page, confirm that agent is Active.

When a homeowner completes your Roofle quiz, Alivo receives the contact info, address, estimate details, and product selections. Your agent can then reach out to book an inspection or answer questions about the quote.

4. Test and Confirm

Complete a test quiz on your Roofle widget (use your own phone number) and check Alivo:

  • The contact appears with Roofle as the source.
  • Name, phone, and address are populated.
  • Estimate and product details are attached to the lead record.
  • Evan sent a text if your agent is linked and active.

Common Questions

Where Do I Find the Webhook URL Again?
Edit your Roofle integration under Settings → Integrations → Lead Sources. The webhook URL is shown on that screen with a copy button.

A Quiz Completion Did Not Create a Lead. Why?
The most common reason is a missing or invalid phone number in the Roofle submission. Alivo needs a phone number to create the contact and start texting.

Can Alivo Capture My Website Forms Too if I Have Roofle?
Yes, but they are separate paths. Roofle uses its own webhook. Other website forms would use Website Forms, a custom webhook, or another lead source integration.

Roofle setup is straightforward: create the integration in Alivo, copy the unique webhook URL into Roofle, link an active agent, and test with a quiz completion on your own number.
