How to Connect Networx to Alivo

Send Networx project inquiries to Alivo and let your agent respond automatically.

Networx sends home improvement project inquiries from homeowners in your service area. Connecting it to Alivo puts those inquiries in your pipeline as soon as they come in. This guide covers creating the integration in Alivo, setting up the custom webhook in Networx, and linking an agent so Evan can text new leads right away.

1. Create the Networx Integration in Alivo

Go to Settings → Integrations → Lead Sources. Click Add, choose Lead Source, then select Networx.

Enter Your Networx API Key

Paste your Networx API key into the Account ID field and save. If you do not have an API key yet, contact Networx support or check your Networx account settings for webhook or integration credentials.

After saving, Alivo shows a Complete setup screen with the webhook URL and your API key ready to copy.

2. Configure the Custom Webhook in Networx

Finish setup in the Networx portal using the values from Alivo.

  1. Log in to your Networx account.
  2. Click Integrations.
  3. Under Select CRM to connect to, choose Custom Webhook.
  4. In the Custom Webhook window, enter your API Key (the same value saved as Account ID in Alivo) and the Alivo webhook URL below.
  5. Save your configuration.

Heads up: The API key in Networx must exactly match the Account ID in your Alivo Networx integration. That is how Alivo knows which account incoming leads belong to.

3. Associate an Agent

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations → Lead Sources.
  2. Click Edit on your Networx integration.
  3. In the Agent dropdown, select Evan or your preferred digital-lead agent.
  4. Save.
  5. Confirm the agent is Active on the Agents page.

When Networx sends a lead, Alivo creates the contact with name, phone, address, and job details, then your agent can start follow-up automatically.

4. Test and Confirm

Send or wait for a Networx lead, then check Alivo:

  • The contact appears with Networx as the source.
  • Job details and contact info mapped correctly.
  • Evan sent the first text if your agent is linked and active.

Common Questions

Where Do I Get My Networx API Key?
From Networx directly. Contact their support or look in your Networx account under integrations or webhook settings. Paste that same key into the Account ID field in Alivo.

Leads Are Not Showing Up. What Should I Check?
Confirm the API key matches in both places, the webhook URL is pasted exactly, and your Networx custom webhook is saved. Then verify an agent is linked and active in Alivo.

Networx is a two-step setup: save your API key in Alivo, paste the webhook URL and key into Networx, then link an active agent. After that, project inquiries flow in without manual entry.
