How to Connect Angi Ads to Alivo
Route paid Angi Ads leads into Alivo and let your agent respond right away.
Angi Ads sends paid homeowner leads from your Angi advertising. Connecting it to Alivo puts those leads in your pipeline the moment they come in, so your team is not copying and pasting from the Angi portal. This guide walks through creating the integration in Alivo, configuring the webhook in Angi for Pros, and linking an agent so Evan can text new leads automatically.
1. Create the Angi Ads Integration in Alivo
Go to Settings → Integrations → Lead Sources. Click Add, choose Lead Source, then select Angi Ads.
Find Your Angi Ads Company ID
Enter your Company ID in the Account ID field. To find it:
- Log in to the Angi for Pros desktop site.
- Open your Angi Ads Agreement.
- Find your Company ID in the URL of that page, or look at the top right of the agreement where it is labeled SPID.
Save the integration. Alivo will show a Complete setup screen with the values you need for the Angi portal.
2. Configure the Webhook in Angi for Pros
After saving in Alivo, finish setup in the Angi portal.
Open the Webhook Configuration Page
In Alivo's setup screen, copy the Angi Ads webhook configuration page link. It follows this pattern (your Company ID is already in the URL):
https://office.angi.com/app/webhooks/YOUR_COMPANY_ID/leads/configure
Enter These Values on the Edit Configuration Page
- Email Address: support@alivo.ai
- Webhook URL: https://alivo-api-production.azurewebsites.net/integration/angi_ads/lead/create/
- Authentication Type: No Authentication
- Data Format: JSON
Finish and Test in Angi
- Click Get Started on the webhook page.
- Fill in the fields above on the Edit Configuration page.
- Click Next.
- Click Send Test Lead.
- Confirm the test lead appears in your Alivo pipeline.
Good to know: The Company ID in Alivo must match the account Angi sends with each lead. If leads are not routing to your account, double-check that the Account ID in Alivo matches your SPID in Angi.
3. Associate an Agent
Once the test lead lands in Alivo, link an agent to handle real traffic.
- Go to Settings → Integrations → Lead Sources.
- Click Edit on your Angi Ads integration.
- In the Agent dropdown, select Evan or whichever agent handles digital leads.
- Save the integration.
- On the Agents page, make sure that agent is Active.
From that point on, each Angi Ads lead that hits the webhook creates a contact in Alivo and can trigger an automatic text from your agent.
Common Questions
Do I Need to Set Up Anything Else in Angi After the Webhook?
No. Once the webhook is configured and tested, new paid leads flow in automatically. Just keep your agent linked and active in Alivo.
What Is the Difference Between Angi and Angi Ads?
Angi covers standard Angi Leads homeowner requests and does not need a webhook. Angi Ads covers paid advertising leads and requires the webhook setup described above.
Angi Ads takes two steps: save your Company ID in Alivo, then paste the webhook URL and settings into Angi for Pros. Link an active agent and you are set to respond to paid leads without manual handoffs.
